Andrew L. Campbell was born in Honolulu, Hawaii. Growing up as a military child, he traveled extensively. His travels brought him to Prince George, Virginia where he continued his education and graduated from Prince George High School. He accepted God's plan for his life in 1988 and was licensed as a minister. This call to the ministry led to his ordination as an elder in 1995. Furthering his education to fulfill the call of God he attended Community Bible Institute to receive his Bachelor's of Religious Education. He served the church of God as Minister of Music for eighteen years including the Fort Lee Youth Ensemble. He was also an instructor for Community Bible Institute from 1996 to the 2002. In addition to his gainful employment with the Federal Government, he is also a great designer and tailor.
God's destiny for his life compelled Elder Campbell to relocate to Hampton, VA in 1999. In December of 2000, Elder Campbell formed Universal Cathedral, Hampton, VA. They held their first service at the Historic Chamberlin Hotel on the campus of Fort Monroe, Hampton, VA. Here he dug out a work for God and started to do Kingdom building and rebuilding the lives of the people God sent.
In February of 2004, God sent Pastor Campbell on an assignement to Amelia, VA. In Nov. of 2004 he becamoe the pastor of Promise Land Baptist Church. Where he taught, and grounded the people in the word and fullest of God. He set aside one to be a Teacher out of the Five-Fold Ministry. As transition started taking place, Pastor Campbell kept his focus and moved forward in the things of God.
In May of 2006, Universal Cathedral Ministries was formed in Amelia. God's plan and purpose continued to be fulfilled in his life. In April of 2015, he received his acknoledgement to the office of Apostle by Apostle Douglas L. Wilson. In January of 2016, he received his official Bull as Overseer with his date of affirmation for December 2016.
Apostle Andrew Campbell attributes the foundation for his perseverance to the Word of God. This Prophet of God aspires to travel the breadth of this nation uprooting and destroying the works of the enemy and rebuilding and grounding the church in the Word of God.
